FXJ-I方向機試驗臺助力泵
該方向機助力泵試驗臺是根據(jù)汽車動力轉(zhuǎn)向器（俗稱液壓方向機）專用標準《QC/T306-1999汽車動力轉(zhuǎn)向控制閥總成臺架試驗方法》及《QC/T529-2000汽車動力轉(zhuǎn)向器總成臺架試驗方法》設計要求等相關(guān)標準。并依據(jù)動力轉(zhuǎn)向器和轉(zhuǎn)向助力泵所出現(xiàn)的故障而設計的，集動力轉(zhuǎn)向器及轉(zhuǎn)向助力泵維修、檢測為一體的動力轉(zhuǎn)向器綜合性能檢測臺。該檢測設備操作簡單、維護方便、檢測精度高。經(jīng)本檢測臺檢測的動力轉(zhuǎn)向器和轉(zhuǎn)向助力泵合格率達到。
該方向機助力泵試驗臺采用油壓系統(tǒng)，主機變頻調(diào)速，轉(zhuǎn)速任意預置，數(shù)字表顯示，試驗油恒溫控制。
主要檢測方向機助力的對稱度，左右扭矩，內(nèi)漏，轉(zhuǎn)向，單邊沉重。轉(zhuǎn)向助力泵的工作壓力，流量，密封性及相關(guān)閥的密封性等各種液壓轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)故障。采用液壓泵隨時可以調(diào)節(jié)液壓系統(tǒng)的工作狀況檢測元器件的各種參數(shù)。特別適應載重車輛液壓轉(zhuǎn)向及工作性能的檢測和試驗。該機采用變頻調(diào)速控制轉(zhuǎn)速 數(shù)字電子儀表顯示油溫轉(zhuǎn)速等工況，壓力儀表顯示轉(zhuǎn)矩、工作壓力等各種參數(shù)。
