HV-1000 顯微硬度計(jì)是采用精密機(jī)械技術(shù)和光電技術(shù)的新型顯微維氏和努氏硬度測試儀器.它具有良好的可靠性,可操作性和直觀性.顯微硬度計(jì)外觀新穎,采用微機(jī)控制,通過軟健可選擇維氏和努氏硬度的測量、能調(diào)節(jié)測量光源的強(qiáng)弱,并能預(yù)置試驗(yàn)力保持時(shí)間,采用LCD顯示屏,通過操作控制鍵可選擇硬度標(biāo)尺HV或HK、試驗(yàn)力、保荷時(shí)間、光源亮度可以無級調(diào)節(jié).用測微目鏡測得對角線長度D1和D2值,按鍵輸入后即可在LCD上顯示硬度值,操作簡便.通過面板輸入測量壓痕對角線長度、屏幕直接讀出硬度值,簡便了查表的繁瑣.顯微硬度計(jì)采用的壓痕測量轉(zhuǎn)換和測微目鏡一次測量讀數(shù)機(jī)構(gòu).使用方便,測量精度高.顯微硬度計(jì)還可根據(jù)用戶特殊要求配制攝影裝置,能對所測壓痕和材料金相組織進(jìn)行拍攝.廣泛應(yīng)用于測定微小、薄形試件、表面滲鍍層等試件的顯微硬度和測定玻璃、陶瓷、瑪瑙、人造寶石等較脆而又硬的材料的努氏硬度,是科研機(jī)構(gòu)、工廠及質(zhì)監(jiān)部門進(jìn)行材料研究和檢測的理想硬度測試儀器.
HV-1000 顯微硬度計(jì)是基本型的顯微硬度計(jì)，該機(jī)采用LCD顯示屏，通過操作面板可對硬度標(biāo)尺HV或HK各檔試驗(yàn)力保荷時(shí)間進(jìn)行選擇，光源亮度可作無級調(diào)節(jié)。
操作時(shí)，可將目鏡測得的D1,D2值直接輸入后，硬度值即在LCD顯示屏上直接顯示。 適用范圍
熱處理、碳化、淬火硬化層，表面覆層，鋼，有色金屬和微小及薄形零件等。 HV-1000 Micro Vickers Hardness Tester adopts LCD screen to display. By mean of control keys, HV or HK hardness scales, testing force and duration time can be selected and brightness of light source can be adjusted without steps. With measuring microscope, it may test out the length values of diagonals D1 and D2, then press the keys to input the length values, and the hardness values will be displayed on the LCD screen. Operation is easy. Usage Range:
